Bale Well's Nem Nuong: Even if you're not a veggie lover, you can still enjoy it.

If you're visiting Hoi An, don't forget to stop by this restaurant. You don't need to think about what to eat. Just come in, order your drinks, tell them the number of people, and the food will arrive quickly... grilled pork, vegetables, sauce, and rice paper, all ready!

The staff will show you how to eat it. It makes our local nem nuong seem like Shenzhen's version. Besides the different props like grilled pork, fried spring rolls, and crispy Vietnamese pancakes, the rice paper here is not like ours. Rolling it up and eating it can be quite a challenge, with each bite being quite large.

The dipping sauce is rich and flavorful. As for the portion size, we went with just two people and one set was enough to fill us up. To finish off, there's a dessert of mango mousse and chocolate.
