Hokkaido 北海道, is the second-largest island of Japan and comprises the largest and northernmost prefecture, making up its own region.

The northern Hokkaido area is a popular sightseeing area at Furano, which offers countryside scenery and beautiful flower fields.
The area is also famous for its spectacular scenery.

Tomita Farm, located in Nakafurano-cho, this farm is one of the largest in the Furano area. The farm features colorful seasonal flower gardens centering on lavender fields. In the "Irodori Field," flowers in seven bright colors paint the gently sloping hills in rainbow colors. In the "Traditional Lavender Field," lavenders cover a slope of about 10,000 square meters.

Yoichi Distillery has remained the traditional way of distillation, characteristics of Yoichi Single Malt such as boldness and toasty burnt flavors are unique features of this distillation.
