The Hakushu Distillery (白州蒸留所) is located in Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture. It was established by Suntory in 1973. It is located at the foot of the Southern Alps, surrounded by forests and fresh air. It is a single malt whisky production area known as the "Forest Distillery". Famous whiskies such as "白州", "白州 12 years", and "白州 18 years" are produced here.
All reservations are required! You must make an appointment to visit! ! Even if it is free, remember to make an appointment first! After arriving at Kobuchizawa Station, there will be a shuttle bus that can be taken for free. It is quite comfortable. On the bus, you will first fill out a letter of commitment such as the method of transportation for the visit, and then report to the counter to exchange for a green pass (marked with alcohol).
