Kobuchizawa Station (Kobuchizawa Station/こぶちざわえき) is located in Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture. It is a railway station operated by JR East and the intersection of the Chuo Main Line and the Koumi Line. This is not only an important entrance to the foothills of Yatsugatake and the plateau resort area, but also a small station full of natural scenery and a leisurely atmosphere.

The station itself is warmly designed, with a tourist information center, a coffee shop and a local specialty sales area. You can also see many climbers, railway fans and skiers gathering here for transfers. From here, you can go to Kiyosato Plateau, Kobuchizawa Art Village, Yatsugatake Trailhead, and even take the Koumi Line to cross Japan's highest railway station (Nobeyama Station).

In addition, there are some installation art in front of the Kobuchizawa Station building. The atmosphere around the station is quiet, and it is a place suitable for a short stop and a walk to relax.
