Hoi An Sincerity Hotel & Spa, as its name suggests, truly embodies the word "sincerity." From the moment I arrived, the staff's warm smiles and friendly guidance melted away my travel fatigue. Check-in was quick and organized, and even during my stay, the staff frequently checked in on me and took care of my needs, demonstrating their attentiveness.

Breakfast, available at the Anio Hotel next door, was plentiful and delicious. With a mix of local and Western cuisine, there was something for everyone. The dining area was clean and spacious, making for a pleasant start to the day.

The hotel offers a free shuttle bus and bicycle rental service, making getting to Hoi An's Old Town and the beach very convenient. The shuttle bus schedule was well-timed, allowing for easy planning, and the bike ride to the Old Town was a perfect way to experience Hoi An's uniquely peaceful atmosphere.

Even on rainy days, the lobby was equipped with several umbrellas for guests' convenience. Even these small details were meticulously maintained and thoughtful. However, I was a little disappointed that I couldn't use the pool during my visit, which was during the rainy season. While not large, the pool was clean and had a pleasant atmosphere, and I would have loved to have enjoyed it if the weather had been nice.

Overall, the Sincerity Hotel offered high quality service for its reasonable price. The attentive management and friendly atmosphere made my stay a comfortable one. I'd love to return again, even on a clear day, to enjoy the pool. It was a warm and welcoming place in Hoi An that conveyed sincerity.
