You can call to make an appointment on weekdays, but you can walk-in on weekends.
However, there are quite a lot of seats. I believe that even if you can't make a reservation, you will get a seat soon.

The food is pretty good overall, but the price is not cheap for Lai Chi Kok area
But it's not expensive, and it's good for office workers to eat there occasionally.
(The service attitude of the store clerk is really good 👍🏻)
