Indian YouTubers recommend Indian dishes with truffles

I saw an Indian YouTuber recommend this restaurant. It has traditional Indian cuisine and innovative truffle dishes, which is quite special✨ It has been standing in Hong Kong for more than 40 years. And the setting is pretty, a little palatial, with an oversized outdoor platform. There is still 70% off on OpenRicebook, decide once.

☞ Lamb Shahi Korma $158 (3.9/5)
The lamb has a slight greasy taste, soft enough, I quite like it ❤️.
Korma is a curry sauce made with cashews, which tastes more similar to Hong Kong-style curry, a little heavier in spice, less sweet than other curry styles, and also absorbs a little of the essence of lamb.
It was good, but not as special as I imagined🙈.

☞ 松露菠菜 Kofta $168 (4.1/5)
One of my favorites 🔥!
Kofta was supposed to solve meatballs, but this one is more like glutinous rice balls, smoky and tough, quite interesting (a little like black pudding).
There is a little cheese wrapped inside, the taste is not very heavy, mainly to take the smoothness of the cheese grains.
Served with spinach truffle sauce, similar to creamy spinach, has a light spinach flavor, slightly sweet, quite good 🥰!

☞ 松露牛油鸡 $218 (4/5)
The sweetest and creamiest of all, is one of my friends' favorite 😋.
Served with tender chicken cubes, it was really good.
However, maybe because of the addition of truffles, the price is relatively expensive.

☞ Tandoori Grill Mix $328 (2.5/5)
The most disappointing of the whole meal🥺. . .
I thought mixed grill could try more different kinds of meat, but each one was quite disgusting. . .
Includes two different flavors of grilled chicken, salmon, lamb sausage, and prawns.
I didn't know that the chicken was terrible, the fish had no taste, and the shrimp was moldy.
Only lamb intestines are relatively desirable, relatively rare. It's a bit like a long lamb meatball, with a bit of a greasy taste and quite juicy.

☞ 蒜蓉馕 $40 (3.6/5)
☞ Keema Naan $48 (3.5/5)
Because there are three pockets of different sauces, I bought two different flavors of Naan, garlic and lamb🌯.
I think ordering the plain original/garlic is enough, the lamb flavor is just a flat piece of meat sandwiched in the middle, the presence is very low.
There is no difference at all with the sauce.
However, overall I think the Naan is not very high quality, even hot is not very crispy.

☞ Gulab Jamun $68 (4.2/5)
An Indian classic dessert.
A round cake, the skin is fried and soaked in sugar water.
Unexpectedly, nothing is too sweet, but quite crispy, worth a try😆!

☞ 芒果拉西 $58 (4.1/5)
This cup is quite good, the mango flavor is very sweet🥭.

✨Overall taste: 3.9/5
✨Environmental Decoration: 4.2/5
✨Service attitude: 3.5/5
✨Value for money: 3/5
✨Revisit Interest: 2.5/5

💞 Overall
Seeing an Indian YouTuber recommendation, I went with joy, but not as excellent as I imagined🙈 Not too bad, but I have eaten many Indian restaurants, that there are other more authentic and more cheaper Indian restaurants. And probably priced slightly higher because of the presence of truffles. However, the advantage is that the environment is quite beautiful, the indoor and outdoor locations are very large, and there are some fusion / truffle dishes, and a little Chinese cuisine lol.
