Affordable Wagyu Yakiniku Upstairs

Saw this place has quite a few Wagyu options, and the prices are reasonable~
The environment is quite spacious, two people share one grill, so you can chat and grill slowly🗣~

Started with a crab meat apple salad appetizer🥗, the portion was pretty big~
Topped with a heap of crab meat🦀, and the salad was flavored with some yuzu juice~
There were also some apple slices on the side🍎~

This whole hand-cut beef tongue is one of their famous dishes👅~
A staff member comes over to help grill it because it really requires skill💪!
Watching the staff skillfully slice and flip it😳, the beef tongue gets perfectly grilled~
No charring at all, and it’s very juicy~

Also ordered butterfly-cut Wagyu beef neck🐮, look how beautiful the meat is!
It has a rich beef aroma and is super tender😍~

Also got the Japanese miso black pork belly🐷~
Looks a bit fatty, but the fat melts completely after grilling~
Marinated well with miso🤩, the meat is tender~

Since we ordered beef and pork, we had to try the yuzu-marinated chicken mountain🐔~
The chicken pieces are thick and large, need to cut them open to grill thoroughly✂️~
Marinated with yuzu juice, it tastes refreshing~
The portion is quite large, half a portion might be enough for two people👌~

For mains, ordered the seared Wagyu cold noodles~
Includes a slice of seared Wagyu🐮, half a soft-boiled egg, paired with refreshing cold noodles🍜~

Also ordered the seaweed tsukimi rice~
Loaded with seaweed and raw egg yolk🥚, mixing it all together is super satisfying!
Perfect to pair with yakiniku, truly the icing on the cake🌸~
