The encounter between coffee and plum wine

There has always been a lot of fine coffee around Central and Upper Hutt, and today I saw a coffee shop that didn't look too conspicuous, but it was full of people, so I decided to try it!

The shop is filled with a lot of red wine, and if it weren't for coffee, you would have thought it was a distributor specializing in red wine! 😆

Before drinking coffee I usually have a habit of smelling it! And this Dirty smells very fragrant fruity aroma, after a sip you find the milk is very smooth! After slowly tasting, drink to the bottom the more you drink more and more fragrant, very fragrant!

🍡Coffee Plum Highball HK$90

Coffee plum highball is mainly made from a mixture of soda water, Cold Brew and plum wine!

The plum wine used here is plum wine brewed with coffee, which is the first time I've heard of it! And the portion, you see the barista is using two glasses of plum wine, one cold brew plus soda water!

The first sip is very fragrant plum wine, drinking not as sweet as the plum wine on the market, drinking plum wine with the aroma and taste of coffee! This is the first time I enjoyed this sense of taste, and I fell in love with this drink! Once I finished a glass, at night I already wanted to go for this plum wine again! 😍😍😍

And inside the store I saw that you can buy plum wine and Cold Brew, so I will definitely go to buy next time and try to brew it at home!
