Forest Camping Cafe Gelato Mix Ciabatta

On the first day of the holiday, I came to Sham Shui Po Cafe to have a brunch.

📍Location: Near Exit A2 of Sham Shui Po Station, or take the bus and get off at Maple Street, cross the road and walk for about 5 minutes.

🏠Environment: The dark blue floor-to-ceiling glass facade has a large indoor area and two floors. The bottom floor is in a forest and industrial style, and the upper floor is in a camping style. The overall layout is very thoughtful. I most appreciate the use of wooden boxes to make wall cabinets, which are both environmentally friendly and beautiful. We checked in on both floors.

😍The dish is beautifully presented, with three pieces of ciabatta, a crispy Italian white bread also known as ciabatta, filled with bacon and egg salad, and served with 🍅 tomato and pepper ice cream. 🤩 The taste is rich and special, and the texture is great 👍!

🍴Carrot Mountain $68
Stir-fry carrots with maple syrup 🥕, with bacon 🥓 mashed potatoes at the bottom, and sprinkle with chopped nuts. The carrots are fried with a charred aroma, refreshing and sweet 😋, and the mashed potatoes are grainy, which is tasty and filling 👍!

🍹Spring $48
This Thai drink is very refreshing☺️. It is made with lime, coconut, basil, honey and black pepper. It tastes slightly spicy and sour, 🤩 very unique!

🍹Easter Tree $52
🌿Mint Chocolate🍫 special drink, the bottom layer is frozen chocolate🍫, the top layer is mint cream, the taste of the two goes well together☺️, the sweetness is just right.
