A Mediterranean restaurant recommended by a friend

I went to the Hong Kong Gold Coast Shopping Mall to see the sea view that day. During lunch time, a friend introduced me to the "Starry Mediterranean Restaurant". The restaurant has outdoor and indoor seats, a strong sense of space, and a nice decoration. Lunch is a semi-buffet, and you can take as much soup and salad vegetables as you want. Unfortunately, there are very few choices, so I just took a small amount to try. As for the main dishes, the taste was pretty good, but the plates and presentation were just average, not like those in a high-end restaurant, which slightly deducted points.
