A restaurant I often visited when I was a child, "Longhua Hotel", the pigeon here was delicious in my memory. I saw the big sign when I passed by earlier, which reminded us of our childhood. We made an appointment to reminisce the taste of our childhood!

It turns out that Long Hua Di was the first hotel in Shatin after the war in 1938. It is an aristocratic hotel. The area it occupied was twice the current size. Many celebrities such as Bruce Lee, Chen Baozhu, Chris Patten, Chiang Ching-kuo, etc. were frequent guests. It is also a popular location for filming. Even Jin Yong's famous work "The Book and the Sword" was written here! What I am most looking forward to is the peacocks, several real peacocks. Longhua Crispy Roasted Pigeon $98/piece ~ A perfect interpretation of "value for money", extremely cost-effective, the pigeon meat is tender and juicy, the meat is tender and firm, the skin is roasted until crispy, and there is no smell of mutton. The pigeon is not frozen, right? The taste is really great!

Pigeon lettuce wrap $168/box ~ It goes without saying how delicious pigeon meat is, and eating it wrapped in crisp lettuce is a different flavor! Even the pigeon wings dipped in fried flour on the side are also very praiseworthy, amazing!

Special Dry Fried Beef Rice Noodles $138 ~ This is Bruce Lee's favorite dish. Although I am not a Bruce Lee fan, I also want to try it! It lives up to its reputation. The rice noodles are fried very dry, with no oil at the bottom of the dish. The chef has superb skills, and the beef portion is large. It is served with spicy sauce. Great, must order!

Original handmade tofu pudding $68/bucket ~ for 2 to 3 people, comes with osmanthus syrup, very strong bean flavor, it is indeed a recommended food!

Handmade coconut milk cake $28/6 pieces ~ It has horse beans. It is hard to find coconut milk cake with horse beans now. It tastes like my childhood! The coconut milk flavor is rich, not too sweet, smooth and fresh!

The advantage is that you can make reservations early, and the place is full! If time permits, you may see a musician playing guitar and singing beside your stage...
