Recently, a sukiyaki specialty shop run by a Japanese chef has landed in Minden Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, with innovative and exclusive sauces and premium wagyu beef paired with traditional sukiyaki, allowing customers to enjoy high-quality Japanese cuisine😌
I tried two Ise Kuma Sukiyaki Five-Course Lunch Sets, A4 Wagyu and Hokkaido Four-Yuan Pork. Also have to mention the special sauce combination, in addition to the general sukiyaki essential Japanese raw eggs, there are also black truffle, grapefruit, Japanese mustard and chili, there must be one to suit your heart😌
🇯🇵【Appetizer】
Former Kyoto tofu with kombu salt, smooth with sesame oil and salty aroma; Shuiyun vinegar stain is fresh, sour and appetizing😌
🇯🇵【Chawanmushi】
The steamed egg is smooth and not too strong. It is mixed with ingredients such as fishball and mint to enhance the taste and flavor😌
🇯🇵【A4 Wagyu】($480)
The package includes one each of Kyoto Hime Beef and Kagawa Olive Wagyu. Kyoto Hime Beef is a beef, tender and evenly oiled, with an instant mouthfeel; Kagawa Olive Wagyu is fed with Kodoshima olives, it tastes like an olive, less oil than Kyoto Hime, but the meat is stronger😋
🇯🇵【Hokkaido Shigen Pork】($380)
The pork has two parts: brisket and shoulder. The brisket is richer in oil, the shoulder is less fat, but has a bite and rich pork flavor😋

Side dishes include Tokyo water vegetables, Akita mushrooms, grilled tofu and bouncy gluten, cooked with sukiyaki sauce, taste sweet😌
🇯🇵【Rice & Miso Soup】
Mixed in two Japanese pearl rice and cooked with kombu, the rice tastes soft and glutinous with kombu fragrance, served with seaweed can increase the taste and flavor, the other bean curd soup tastes just right.

Grapefruit sorbet contains grapefruit grains, fresh and sweet and sour taste, best for clearing the taste buds after meals😌
