I love roast goose so much, my friend recommended black truffle glass roast goose to me…WHAT??? There is no reason not to try it!

The restaurant is close to Jordan MTR station! Luckily we made reservations early, and the restaurant was fully occupied before 7pm. It has been a long time since we saw such a scene!

South African Abalone Jelly Chicken $498/4 persons ~ The chicken is chopped into pieces, the meat is tender and smooth without any snow taste, and it is still hot and spicy when it is cooked in a clay pot! The abalone is refreshing and chewy, the meat is thick but not tough, and it is cleaned very well! The taste is very delicious...

Black Truffle Glass Roast Goose $238/ 1/4 piece ~ I came here for this, it was beyond my expectation! The all-black roast goose is not burnt, but has a shiny black and crispy skin. The goose meat is tender and firm, with a light black truffle aroma! Dip it in the sour plum sauce specially made with black truffle, it has a unique flavor!

Xingzhou Wheat Skin Prawn $268/6 pieces ~ Each prawn is also super big! The meat is chewy and crispy, the wheat skin is fried with egg liquid, and it is sweet and full of butter aroma!

Sweet and Sour Pork with Fresh Pineapple $128 ~ Quite a large portion, the pineapple is sweet and fresh, and the pork cutlet is fried crispy!

Free desserts, milk pudding and wolfberry osmanthus cake! The gifts are not sloppy, the milk pudding is very thick and smooth! The osmanthus cake is sweet and delicious!
