Jordan's Superb Restaurant

I knew about this Magic Lamp Seafood Restaurant a long time ago, but I never had the chance to try it. Then I happened to hear my friends rave about it, so I made a special trip to Li to have dinner there.

Black Truffle Glazed Roast Goose
The dish that my colleague highly recommended lived up to its reputation, the roast goose skin was dark but shiny and glossy! Don't think it's charcoal-blackened. The goose skin is thin and crispy, with a little fat attached. Dip it in black truffle plum sauce, which has a sour and sweet taste mixed with the aroma of goose fat. The meat is tender and moist, and it's really delicious! What a surprise!

Crispy pork ribs with fermented bean curd
It's more like pork chop than crispy bones. The meat is tender and the fermented bean curd flavor has been fully integrated into the pork chop. Each bite is crispy and has a hint of fermented bean curd aroma.

Singapore Wheat Prawns
The portion was unexpectedly large, with each prawn surrounded by crispy wheat skin. The prawns were not only large in size, but the meat was also chewy and fresh. It was so fragrant and tasty that I couldn’t help but order a Coke in the end!

South African Abalone Jelly Chicken
The amount for four people is actually just right for two people, for fish lovers! South African abalone is plump, refreshing and chewy. The chicken is tender and not too salty, the sauce is flavorful but not too salty, and it’s hot and spicy. You really have to order a handsome guy to go with your meal!

Lettuce Casserole
It's another big pot, with a very affordable price. It comes with a lot of lettuce, and the dried shrimps, garlic slices, etc. are fried to perfection. The whole pot has a strong salty aroma, and the lettuce is crispy. Eat well! I really have to order some white rice!

I didn’t expect there would be dessert at the end! ! !
It is a milk pudding with rich milky flavor and smooth texture. It is delicious!

The magic lamp is really an unexpected discovery. I didn’t expect the food to be of such high quality, reasonably priced, and with such a wide variety of choices! I was very satisfied with every dish tonight and had a very satisfying meal. I really need to find an opportunity to make an encore with the group!
