Taikoo Shing Food | Dim Sum Studio

On the weekend, I went to the Dim Sum Factory in the Taikoo City Center Food Court with my family. There were many dim sum choices and the prices were affordable, averaging around $70 per person.

Sister E's vegetarian dumplings
Every bite is full of fillings, tender and juicy.

Hot Spring Egg Beef Rice
The beef sauce is rich and delicious, paired with the soft and glutinous hot spring egg, every bite is chewed slowly and is a real pleasure.

Stuffed Eggplant with Sauce and Chili Peppers
This dish has both the delicate texture of eggplant and the spicy taste of hot peppers, and the two are perfectly matched.

Guinea fowl
The tender chicken that melts in your mouth and the pearl rice with a unique taste are a perfect combination.

Fried wontons with mixed fruits and shrimps
The filling on the outside of the wonton is crispy and the shrimp meat inside is super tender! The mixed fruit salad is also very delicious.
