Recently planning a trip to Da Nang, Vietnam, early will arrange the ancient city into the itinerary, but it turns out that Hong Kong has a small Hoi An hidden in the Gold Coast of Tuen Mun, using Hoi An's iconic colorful lanterns as decoration is particularly feeling, high enough space, moderate distance between tables, comfortable dining environment. Also the staff are very friendly and helpful, which is commendable.
🔸Specialty Egg Curry Fried Prawns $268
The use of big tiger prawns, the shrimp meat is firm and bouncy, the curry has a bit of spiciness, and the accompanying baguette slices are great.
🔸Hoi An Roast Suckling Pig $268
The skin of the suckling pig is crispy enough, and the meat is tender. The side dishes include lettuce, shredded carrots, cucumber, etc., which can relieve thirst.
🔸Pan Angus Beef Fillet, Grilled Beef Marrow $228
The Angus beef fillet is tasty enough, with gravy and beef flavour, which is definitely the standard. The first time I ate roasted beef bone marrow the texture was almost melting in my mouth like a paste, which felt quite special.
🔸ᴀғғᴏɢᴀᴛᴏ $72
Caramel crisp ice cream with Vietnamese espresso neutralizes the sweetness and bitterness, with honeycomb and crumbs to increase the taste.
☕️ᴄᴀᴘʜᴇ sᴜᴀ ᴅᴀ - ᴛʜᴇ ᴄʟᴀssɪᴄ $50
Classic Vietnamese drip coffee, rich and smooth, there is condensed milk at the bottom of the cup, stir well, and drink it so sweet that you can still taste the bitterness of coffee.
🍸ᴘᴇᴀᴄʜ & ʟʏᴄʜᴇᴇ ᴍᴀʀᴛɪɴɪ $78
It's sweet and easy to drink, and it will be a little choking after using vodka as a base band.
