This is a popular barbecue restaurant in Busan, Korea
Finally, we have landed in Hong Kong for the first time
I really miss the barbecue in Busan
Come and queue up to try it. It's not so crowded on weekdays and holidays
All the meats were of a good standard and tasted good without sauce
🔸First-class pork belly (three pieces) $105
The fat distribution of pork belly is very even. The greasy feeling after grilling is very rich, and it tastes quite chewy. We also added $38 for an additional portion of lettuce, wrapped in pork belly.
🔸Hanamaki Pork Belly (half portion) $165
The shape of this kind of pork belly is semi-circular, the meat is relatively thin, and the taste is quite special. The pork belly is very charred and fragrant after being grilled. It's delicious with the sauce.
🔸Moonlight Beef Shoulder $118
This plate of beef shoulder is very big and bright in color. After grilling, the meat is tender and rich in beef flavor. It is even more fragrant with the specially prepared egg sauce.
