nana's green tea, enjoyed from Japan to Hong Kong, is often missed for their signature "Matcha Shiratama Parfait." The Uji matcha is carefully selected from the century-old Kyoto tea farmer "Yamasho Koyamaen" to make their specialty drinks and desserts. The risotto is full of cheese and creamy milk flavor, cooked to a perfect soft yet firm texture. At the bottom, there are shiitake mushrooms paired with savory mentaiko, making the whole risotto taste excellent👍

▪️ Shrimp Tomato Soy Milk Udon
The tomato soy milk sauce has a fresh tomato tanginess combined with soy milk. The sauce is rich and perfectly matched, coating every udon strand. Each bite is full of the rich tomato soy milk sauce flavor, paired with several plump and springy shrimp—very delicious

The signature must-try dish, packed with super rich ingredients: matcha sauce, jelly, corn flakes, matcha ice cream, shiratama, red bean paste, fresh cream, and more. Every bite is wonderful, especially the matcha ice cream, which has a strong matcha flavor and is not too sweet—truly excellent👍
