The Xihe Scenic Area is located in Shangcheng County, Xinyang City, Henan Province, 30 kilometers away from the exit of Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway. It has a total area of ​​32 square kilometers. The highest peak in the area, "Pingdingpu", has an altitude of 1,584 meters and is known as the "No. 1 Peak in Southern Henan".
