First, taste today's selected meal soup, pumpkin soup. Pumpkin flavor is rich and sweet, served with bread.

For starters, I chose the chef's platter "South of France", which has a variety of delicious snacks. There are homemade duck liver sauce toast, duck liver sauce rich and toast crispy. There’s also Sainte-Maure goat cheese, which has a strong milky flavor. There’s also tuna tartar and ham, with hints of seafood and meats that give variety to the entire platter. Served with fried black truffle mushroom balls, very crispy. Biscuit strips dip with bean sprouts and eat.
