New Town Plaza in Sha Tin is located in the heart of Sha Tin, directly accessible from the MTR Sha Tin Station. Snoopy’s World, located on the 3rd-floor terrace, opened in 2000 and is Asia’s first free outdoor park themed around the Peanuts comic strip. The 4.5-meter-high Snoopy House serves as the entrance landmark and houses a comic history exhibition. The park is divided into areas such as Peanuts Campus, Canoe Adventure, and Softball Playground. The yellow school bus and spiral slide are favorites among children, and the 60 character sculptures are popular photo spots, perfect for families to relax and take pictures.

Other attractions include Cactus Park, offering a green retreat, and the Pet Playground where furry friends can run freely. MOVIE TOWN cinema features Hong Kong’s first Onyx Cinema LED, a must-visit for movie fans. Nearby Sha Tin Park and the racecourse green spaces continue the outdoor exploration.
