The former Fanling Magistrates’ Courts has been revitalized into the Hong Kong Youth Association Leadership College. It is a neoclassical architectural style and is now a Grade 3 historic building.

In addition to providing leadership courses for young people, visitors can visit the former Court No. 2 for free, where they can sit in the judge's chair and feel the majesty of being a judge. This court is also the location for Hong Kong film productions.
