#MC takes you to Mong Kok
。
There are many ramen shops in Hong Kong🍜, including small shops, street food, and chains. Today, try the popular ramen shop in Mong Kok🔥, focusing on pork bone soup and huge amounts of char siu!!️
。
✨ Restaurant environment
The shop is decorated in a simple Japanese style🎋, with wooden furnishings🪵, it feels relaxed and comfortable.
。
🥢 Special Ramen (Clear Soup) $135
At first glance I thought it was eel, but it turned out to be grilled char siu😂, Size is unbeatable, even longer than the bowl!!️ Grilled char siu oil is more, the sides are grilled very charred🤤; char siu slices are moderately thick, soft and not tough👍🏻.
。
🥢 Meat Lover Ramen (Strong Soup) $120
The barbecued pork slices are spread all over the bowl, the portion is full 💯, the appearance is very photogenic📸!
The soup chose pork bone soup, the soup is very thick pork bone flavor, but not too salty 😋.
。
🥢 Fried dumplings (4 pieces) $30
The dumplings are fried very crispy, although fried food with salad dressing is the rule, but it is still tasty to eat 😅.
