One Harbour Road, a superb Chinese restaurant in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong

One Harbour Road is located in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong.
The large floor-to-ceiling windows offer a great view of Victoria Harbour. The lighting is excellent😌 (although the construction site is a bit of an eyesore😅)

The restaurant has 2 floors, with classical and elegant decoration and an artificial pool, which is unique🤩

It was lunch time on a weekday, and the occupancy rate was 90%. The staff arranged a window seat for us 👍🏻

Many Chinese restaurants serve 3-4 dim sum items on a plate, but the staff told us that some dim sum can be reduced to 2 items, so that we can try more varieties, which is very considerate! 💕

🤎Whole abalone and chicken crisps
The abalone is soft and chewy, the puff pastry is fluffy, and the chicken and sauce underneath are very flavorful, with rich layers of flavor. I recommend it! 🤤

🤍Crab-like fresh scallop dumplings
The skin is thin and the filling is rich, with a rich taste and very delicious! 👍🏻

🖤Black Mountain Snow Shadow Baked Buns
The skin is crispy and soft, and the barbecued pork is slightly sweet, not bad! ☺️

🧡X.O. Sauce Fried Scallion Dried Shrimp Rice Roll
I used my own X.O. sauce😍 The rice noodle rolls are crispy on the outside and smooth on the inside, slightly spicy and very tasty! 🤩

🩵Raw ground almond tea sesame soup balls
Almond tea is smooth and not too sweet! There are 2 dumplings inside, the skin is thin and chewy, and the sesame filling is not enough🥹

The overall food quality of Harbour One is very high. The staff is friendly and I will visit again if I have the chance.
