Tsim Sha Tsui high quality skewers with various choices

This Japanese barbecue/skewer shop has many branches, and the noodles are of high quality and convenient enough. This time I came to the Tsim Sha Tsui shop with my friends. Their skewers in addition to the usual mainstream styles, there will be some quite innovative and special combinations, chicken, pork, beef, lamb, duck, fish, seafood, vegetables and other styles, the style is the most skewer shop I have seen.

Salt-grilled white eel $48@
The skin of the white eel is grilled until crispy, the body of the fish is white and tender, and the heat is controlled just right, so it won't be dry.

Pork and Melon Ball Candy (with monthly see) $38@
The master rolls the pork and zucchini into ball candy and grills it, which is very thoughtful. The taste is even more fragrant when dipped with raw margarine.
