🎉Happy Easter, I went to Porterhouse in California Building in Central for a bunch🐣The new steakhouse concept makes the environment fashionable and vibrant✨A seafood brunch buffet is provided every weekend and public holidays, divided into two time periods: 11:30-13:30 and 13:45-15:45, each adult charges HK$598/child HK$279 (plus 10% service charge) Provides a variety of seasonal seafood, hot dishes, grilled meat area, freshly cooked pasta, hot cheese, selected salads, frozen meat platters and various desserts

🦀Seafood options: both raw and cooked, steamed fish, lobster, oysters, mussels, crab legs, jade snails, shrimps, etc., all available and fresh enough

🍖BBQ area: Roast spring chicken, wagyu beef and lamb rack, the meat is tender and juicy, very tasty, and there are also French fries, pasta and different sauces as side dishes

🥗Cold dishes section: Various European-style salads and frozen meats
