Suddenly I wanted to eat Japanese all-you-can-eat, and I saw many people online recommending this all-you-can-eat restaurant in Tsuen Wan, so I went to try it. I like that this all-you-can-eat restaurant has different levels instead of all being the same, so you can choose what you want based on your personal preferences. I felt like I paid a higher amount but didn't enjoy the food enough. Since I don’t eat much at night, I chose the cheapest level.
Although it is the cheapest level, there are still many sashimi options, including my favorite red shrimp and Thai raw shrimp. The sashimi has no fishy smell. There is a lot of paste in the red shrimp head.
There are also many choices of sushi🍣, including halibut sushi, sea urchin squid gunkan, etc. The sushi rice doesn't fall apart when you bite it.
In addition to sashimi and sushi, there are also hand rolls. I tried the sea urchin hand roll, the sea urchin tasted fresh and the color was light orange. I like the hand rolls to be small enough that I can finish them in 2 bites. Don’t be afraid of eating too much and not being able to try other foods.
Hot food includes skewers, pots, fried food, tempura, sirloin, fish, etc. The roasted beef tongue is refreshing and chewy. The chicken cartilage and sesame chicken wings are both very crispy. My favorite is the garlic clam hotpot. The soup base is light, but with the addition of chili 🌶️, it is spicy enough and brings out the freshness of the clams.
The buffet area has soup, fried food, cold cuts, desserts and drinks. My favorite cold dishes are Thai squash and fish skin. Both snacks are refreshing, slightly spicy and cold, very appetizing. Drinks include canned drinks, bottled drinks, sake🍶, plum wine, special drinks, etc. I recommend everyone to try Taiwanese pineapple juice and special drinks, which are special and thirst-quenching. Desserts include cakes 🍰, ice cream 🍦, including Hagen Dazs, Movenpick!
The restaurant serves and collects dishes quickly, and there are no serious cases of missed orders, which is worthy of praise! If you go with a large group, the restaurant has a large square table that can accommodate 10 people.
