Omanya Japanese Cuisine Buffet Experience

Finally done with a busy period, I decided to reward myself with an all-you-can-eat buffet! After passing by ✨✨ several times and seeing people waiting outside, I decided to give it a try.

We chose the ✨Classic Double Abalone Foie Gras Tart Seafood Feast✨ dinner set with a service charge, costing around HKD 300+ per person. There are 80 items to choose from, including sashimi, sushi rolls🍣, grilled dishes, skewers🍢, hot dishes, fried items, and more. There's also a self-service area offering cold and hot dishes, sushi, fruits, desserts, unlimited sake🍶, plum wine, red wine🍷, beer🍺, and other soft drinks and packaged beverages🧃.

A unique feature is the unlimited Malaysian premium durian🥠, which seemed to be a popular choice at every table! Although I don't eat durian myself, my family seemed to enjoy it a lot🙊.

🍣 The sashimi and sushi options are plentiful. The special sushi comes with various sauce combinations, such as crispy garlic sauce grilled beef sushi, sesame sauce grilled flounder edge sushi, and torched caramel salmon sushi. It's worth trying them all.

I particularly liked the grilled New Zealand lamb rack🍗, which had no gamey taste, was tender, and retained its juices—very delicious. The Japanese-style beef cubes were also well-seasoned and flavorful. After eating so many heaty dishes, I ordered a bowl of double-boiled chicken soup with matsutake, Chinese yam, and goji berries, which was nourishing and packed with ingredients👍🏻. The baked oysters with garlic🦪 were aromatic, and the roasted pigeon was also unlimited.

For fried items, I tried the pumpkin and tiger prawn tempura🍤, purple sweet potato balls, breaded fried oysters, crispy fried milk, and more. Everything was fried to a nice crisp without being overly greasy🍢.

The desserts and drinks were decent. I noticed the ice cream and popsicles🍨 looked quite tempting, but unfortunately, I was too full to try them in the end. Overall, it was a satisfying meal.
