North Pole Encounter is located in Ocean Pack amusement park, located in The Summit zone, Polar Adventure, D4.

It is a place to show 2 types of Arctic animals: blue spotted seals and two Pacific walruses. There is also a place to sit and watch the seals show. They are very cute, big and chewy. It is very enjoyable to watch. There is knowledge in Chinese and there are signs to provide information. The temperature is suitable for the seals at 15-17 Hongsa.

The highlight of this place is the lower floor, in the tunnel area. You will see the seals, which is a point that people are very interested in. It is very exciting because you will see the seals swimming, they are very cute. Another area that you must not miss is the large acrylic glass tank. You can stand and take pictures here.
