Finally saw the Hong Kong panda twins for the first time

Today we finally went to Ocean Park to visit the panda twins. Although we waited for two hours, we were very happy. Ocean Park also launched many panda baby-themed merchandise 🐼 As a mom, I really want to buy them~

As for the children's playground, there are a carousel, a mini train, and a mini Ferris wheel, which are more suitable for kids aged 0-7. We originally wanted to try the bumper cars, but when we lined up, the staff at the entrance informed us that you have to be eight years old to play. Although we rarely go to Ocean Park, it seems like there aren’t many things suitable for my little boy to play with. However, just watching the penguins and pandas was already very satisfying 🥰

As for the must-visit Ocean Theatre, it has many fish species that have been extinct for a long time, and there is a giant ocean glass pavilion perfect for taking photos. But remember not to use the flash 🥲 or it will scare the fish~

The day before you go, you can download the Ocean Park app, which has a lot of detailed information, such as wait times for attractions and height restrictions. If you have already purchased tickets, you can pair them with the app and even book priority passes for attractions the night before. Each ticket can reserve three designated attractions 😘 This can save a lot of waiting time, especially now that Ocean Park has many tour groups and long lines~

For the panda pavilion, you must purchase a priority experience pass to enter early. The giant panda craze hasn’t died down yet, so even now you have to wait two hours to see the panda twins 🐼💗

If you have the budget, I recommend trying the Ice Bar restaurant at The Peak, where you can watch penguins while eating. The food quality is pretty good 😋 Maybe due to understaffing, it was a bit chaotic that day, and many orders were mixed up, but with so many customers, it’s understandable 🥰
