Tim Ho Wan Dim Sum Specialty Store is, of course, famous for its delicious gourmet food, but in addition, it is said to be the cheapest Michelin one-star restaurant in the world!

That's because the owner, Mak Kei Pei, was the dim sum chief at the high-end Cantonese restaurant "Long King Heen" in the Four Seasons Hotel.
