An easy choice for beginners - a route from Hang Hau to Sai Kung with great views

🔆 New Year has so many holidays, of course, to take the opportunity to walk in the countryside, can breathe fresh air, and can move. This time I went from Hang Kou to Sai Kung, passing through Duck Hill, Tseung Kwan O's Maiden Peak, White Water Bowl Beach, and finally to Camping Bay. This route is not long, the peak is not high, but the view is open, both sea and city views, the whole journey is about 9 kilometers, walk about two and a half hours, suitable for beginners 👍🏻

🎈Start: Ho Yuk Ching Secondary School, Bo Leung Kuk, Hang Kou
Exit at Hang Kou MTR Station and walk from Chang Ning Road to Film Industry Road via Exit A. The entrance to the climb is opposite Bo Leung Kuk Ka Zi Ho Yuk Ching Secondary School. Step up the steps and follow the direction indicated by the "Clear Water Bay Road" sign.

🎈 Climb the top of Duck Peak
After the entrance to the climb are concrete and terraced roads, climb slowly along the steps, and in less than half an hour, you will see a gazebo, which is already reaching the top of Duck Mountain. Then keep walking in the direction of the "Clear Water Bay Road" sign, heading towards Tseung Kwan O's Maiden Peak.

🎈Climb the Tseung Kwan O Jungfraujoch
It only takes about 40 minutes from the entrance to Tseung Kwan O's Maiden Peak, which is about 195 meters above sea level.

🎈View of White Water Bowl Falls
After enjoying the view, walk towards Sai Kung, continue in the direction of the "Clear Water Bay Road" sign, then head towards the North Gate of the University of Science and Technology of Hong Kong. Then turn into the mountain path next to the station station, leave the entrance and walk forward for ten minutes, you will hear a sound of running water, here you can see the White Water Bowl Falls in the distance.

Continue a few minutes to White Water Bowl Beach, feeling the sea breeze while looking at the sea, very comfortable, many people take pictures on the wooden bridge on the beach.

🎈Last stop camping bay
There is a mountain road entrance next to the white bridge leading to the camping bay. After turning into the trail, it was sparsely populated, and hearing the sound of the waves meant that we had almost reached Camping Bay. With a rocky beach on one side and a sandy beach on the other, the camping bay has an equally pleasant landscape that can relax people.

🎈Leave: Sai Kung Highway Bus Stop
After charging at Camping Bay, you can step onto the trail again and walk for about 10 minutes to turn from the trail into Nam Wai Road. Walk along Nam Wai Road to Sai Kung Highway. You can take the 792M NEW bus to Tseung Kwan O MTR Station.
