23 hours transit in Hong Kong, eating egg tarts and watching the night view in the city

At the end of August, I took a vacation and took a #Cathay Pacific flight from Hanoi back to Kaohsiung.
I transited through Hong Kong and deliberately chose a flight with a long transit time.
I took the opportunity to walk around the city of Hong Kong 😌.
It has been 8 or 9 years since I last entered Hong Kong.
I have almost no impression of it. I took this opportunity to revisit it.

Remember to fill in the entry card when entering Hong Kong.
Taiwanese people need to use the Taiwan Compatriot Certificate or Hong Kong visa.
I entered the country with the Taiwan Compatriot Certificate.
Taiwanese people who have never applied for the Taiwan Compatriot Certificate need to apply for the Hong Kong visa online first.

Because I got two tickets + luggage check-in in Hanoi this time, I didn’t need to pick up my luggage after entering the country, I could take the Airport Express directly to Hong Kong Station, which was super convenient!
There is no gate to enter the station when taking the express train from the airport. You can swipe your card or barcode after arriving at the station.

The Airport Express Hong Kong Station is co-located with the MTR, so it is very convenient to transfer directly.
In Hong Kong, the transportation card is #Octopus.
Using the card to take the MTR is more affordable than buying a ticket.
But I didn't buy one because it was a whirlwind stop.
