I recently visited a popular grilled fish restaurant from the mainland in Shatin, called "Tanyu Grilled Fish". In addition to providing a variety of spicy grilled fish, the restaurant also has non-spicy sauce-flavored grilled fish and flavorful fried food, as well as free refillable self-service ice jelly to cool down!

We tasted the following dishes:

Grilled fish with soy sauce (lingbo fish) $298
This sauce-flavored grilled fish is made with lingbo fish as the main ingredient. The fish body is grilled until slightly charred, with a crispy outer skin while retaining a juicy texture inside. The sauce is perfectly seasoned with the right amount of saltiness, making it a mouthful that you can’t stop eating.

This is a set of fried yam, golden needles, crispy pork and tender fried chicken. Each fried food is fried until golden and crispy, with great color, aroma and taste. The texture is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Juicy fried chicken (four pieces) $58
This fried chicken is fried to a golden and crispy outside, yet juicy inside, and every bite is full of rich chicken flavor.
