Arita Black Wagyu Beef Now Available in Sha Tin

A new restaurant featuring Arita Wagyu has officially opened in Sha Tin!

Every week, premium A5-grade Wagyu beef is flown in directly from Miyazaki, Japan. Arita Black Wagyu, an award-winning beef, is processed locally in Hong Kong.

Sukiyaki Set for One
The premium sirloin cut (120g) boasts evenly distributed marbling. Cooked with beef fat to enhance its aroma, the Arita Wagyu is seared with yakiniku sauce and dipped in Japanese egg yolk for a melt-in-your-mouth experience. The texture is incredibly tender, with a rich yet refreshing flavor.
