No tea and no 10% service charge

The weather is getting hot these days, the best thing is to find a good restaurant in the mall to enjoy a meal. Last night I went to a Teochew restaurant in Shatin New Town with my friends. Not only is there no tea, but there is no service charge. We ordered several signature dishes.

First served is the Golden Award trendy stew platter, which contains stewed goose, stewed tofu and goose paw.

The pan-fried catfish was one of our surprises of the night.

The South Australian Oyster Roast is one of the classics of Teochew cuisine.

The seafood casserole congee was one of the main characters of the night. The congee was boiled very smooth and contained shrimp, crab, mussels, etc. The seafood taste was rich.

The seven dishes of Chaoshan are not to be missed every time you eat Teochew cuisine. Each dish is fried very fragrant and seasoned. The last thing on the table is the fried thin shell of Jin Bu Chang.

This Teochew restaurant is really attractive both in terms of food quality and price, especially with no tea money and no service charge.
