Minimalist Japanese-style Cafe in Tsim Sha Tsui - Ukiyo

Ukiyo is located in K11 Musea, Tsim Sha Tsui. The interior is mainly decorated in light wood tones, creating a warm and cozy dining atmosphere with its minimalist Japanese design. 🥰

🤍 Handmade Lobster Sauce Fettuccine with Prawns and Salmon Roe (HKD188)
The fettuccine is smooth and coated with rich, sweet lobster sauce. 🤤 The prawns are bouncy, and the salty salmon roe adds a complex flavor to the dish! 😋

🤍 Hojicha Mochi Waffle (HKD168)
A whole piece of chewy mochi is placed on top of the waffle. 🤩 The waffle is very soft, and the hojicha flavor is prominent. It is served with refreshing tofu ice cream and rich genmaicha sauce on the side. Highly recommended! 😍

For drinks, we ordered Uji Matcha (HKD50) and Iced Black (HKD40), both of which were quite good. 🍵☕️

We will definitely visit again for their mochi waffle! 🥰
