If you're traveling to Hong Kong, you have to eat dim sum.
We'll introduce you to a popular restaurant in the hugely popular area of Tsim Sha Tsui that always has a long line.
It's Le Yi Dim Sum, located about 5 minutes from Tsim Sha Tsui Station.
As soon as you arrive, go in and get your waiting number. Just tell them the number of people in your party.
If you're alone, you'll have to share a table!
If you're not there when they call you, you'll be skipped, so it's better to stay there if it's not too busy.
While you're waiting, take the menu hanging on the door, and if you have a pen, just write your order there.
Most of the seats are for four people.
The shared seats have a partition in the middle, where the menu and pen are placed.
The char siu bao are slightly sweet and easy to eat, so you can eat them quickly.
The scallop shumai was absolutely delicious! It's a shame I couldn't eat a lot because I was alone, but I recommend ordering a variety of dishes if you're going with your family!
