Sai Ying Pun｜The famous barista must try the signature siphon coffee

This time, we went cafe hopping at Tropica in Sai Ying Pun.
The barista has a great background and won the runner-up of the "2017 Hong Kong Siphon Barista Competition" 😍

The restaurant combines coffee, flowers and ceramics
The first half is a coffee shop/bar and flower shop
The second half is the ceramic workshop🫶🏻

But there is not much space indoors.
Most likely you will sit at the bar.
You may have to wait for a seat when there are many people.

‣ Siphon Coffee ($70)
This time I chose Colombian coffee beans
At first you'll smell the scent of green apples
Later, there was a taste of chocolate and whiskey
I don't usually drink milk-free coffee, but I think it tastes good.
It tastes really rich, it's worth a try

‣ Dirty (+$31)
The coffee beans have a fruity aroma
It tastes sour.

‣ Sourdough sausage Pizza ($128)
Sourdough bread is thicker than the ones sold in the market.
It tastes chewy and refreshing
Bread topped with tomato sauce and sausage
The top layer is a large slice of cheese
It tastes sour and sweet and is very appetizing🤤

‣ Slow-cooked Chicken Rice and Pesto Sauce ($68)
Slow-cooked chicken with pesto is a boon for fitness enthusiasts
It tastes totally free of burden 🤣
