I like the chef at Amber’s Table. He marinated the pig’s trotters in white brine for five hours, slow-cooked them and baked them. When you take a bite, you can hear the crispy skin and the salty, fragrant and soft meat. You can’t stop eating it.

🦞Seafood platter
The seafood platter is very exquisite, with fresh lobsters, seasonal plump oysters, Hokkaido clams, Canadian emerald snails, frozen shrimps and Japanese sashimi scallops. The ingredients are fresh and rich, super satisfying.

After having a full meal at Amber’s Table, we boarded the “Whampoa Express” at the nearby Whampoa World. The Christmas lights were so beautiful. Today’s itinerary was fun, cost-effective and delicious.
