I went to have hot pot during the holiday. The best thing is the hot pot all-you-can-eat. There are many choices and you can eat well. In the freezing weather, being able to sit around a pot of nourishing soup, coupled with high-quality meat, seafood and rich ingredients, is really satisfying😌
The soup is the soul of hot pot. I chose the herbal chicken soup with flower stalks. Once the pot is served, you can smell the aroma of herbal medicine. The ingredients such as red dates, wolfberry and ginseng are perfectly matched. The soup is both rich and refreshing, and you don't feel greasy at all. The flower stalks are cooked soft and sticky in the soup, and the chicken is tender.
Before officially starting the shabu shabu, we ordered a golden sweet potato strip as a snack. Fried golden and crispy groundnut strips, served with the restaurant offers four kinds of powder shake one shake: seaweed powder, tomato powder, golden enzyme powder, spicy powder. It's fun and you can try different flavors.
In terms of meat, there are many choices. Tried the Prime Grade Frosted Beef Tenderloin, Spanish Iberian Black Hair Pork, and Prime Grade American Angus Beef. The fat distribution of the frosted beef tenderloin is evenly distributed. It can be eaten after boiling for a few seconds. The beef flavor is rich. The black-haired pork is delicate and tender, with a perfect fat ratio. Angus beef, on the other hand, is thinly and evenly sliced.
The seafood was quite fresh. The mussels are big and sweet; the fresh prawns are firm and bouncy. The homemade handmade leek dumplings have thin skin and plenty of filling. The handmade cuttlefish is smooth and bouncy, with a faint squid aroma.
In terms of ingredients, the restaurant offers a rich selection, from fried fish skin to flower balls, fresh red yam, super sweet chestnut pieces, oil wheat vegetables, etc., everything is indispensable good ingredients in hot pot. The fried fish skin is crispy and delicious, and maintains its crispy texture before and after the shabu-shabu; the fresh red yam still maintains its crisp texture after the shabu-shabu, and the corn pieces are very sweet. Other classic ingredients such as beef cypress leaves and luncheon meat do not disappoint, each of which can absorb flavor in the soup.
Finally, the restaurant ended the meal with Movenpick ice cream. Mint chocolate ice cream is fresh and not greasy with rich chocolate chips, making it a refreshing choice in desserts, while Swiss chocolate ice cream is rich and smooth.
