When meeting up with friends who love hotpot, of course we go to eat hotpot! This time I tried this hotpot restaurant recommended by a friend. Before taking your seat. Choose your set meal and soup base first. The most expensive set meal costs just over 300 yuan per person and includes Wagyu beef. It seemed like a good deal, so I chose this meal without hesitation. There are 15 soup bases to choose from, and I chose a more special pot of Chaoshan soup. Chaoshan soup contains sauerkraut, fried fish, mushrooms, tofu, etc. Adding pepper, it doesn't taste fishy.
Lots of food choices. There are several types of beef alone. The fat of Japanese 🇯🇵 and Australian wagyu beef is uniform and bright red. Japanese Wagyu beef has a thin layer of butter on the meat, which is very fragrant. Although there are many dishes that I haven’t been able to try yet, I still couldn’t resist and ordered 3 more!
The yellow rectangular plate is the food ordered by phone, including dumplings, scallops, winter melon, bamboo shoots, beef balls, etc. This amount of ingredients is only about 1/3 of the ingredients you can choose from on the phone. Can you imagine how much food there is?
Then I found that there were more ingredients in the self-service area, including vegetables, meatballs, noodles, appetizers, and chicken wings. In addition, there is also a seasoning area, ice cream 🍦 and a variety of drinks! There are so many foods to choose from, you need to come more than once to try them all!
The hot pot restaurant was packed, with more than a dozen people waiting for a table outside the door. In such a busy situation, the waiters were able to remain calm, serving and collecting dishes extremely quickly, which is worthy of praise!
