Trying New Menu.

New year, new experiences. The restaurant just launched a new menu, so I decided to give it a try!

The restaurant offers a Grand Dinner Set, but I opted for à la carte.

🔸Tomato Ham Roll
The bread is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, topped with tomato puree and garlic. The ham wraps around crispy bacon and mushroom pieces.

🔸Bamboo Charcoal Tiger Prawn Toast Roll
This dish has layers: the first layer is crispy bamboo charcoal, the second layer is thin and crispy bread, the third layer is seaweed, and finally, it wraps around prawn meat, giving it a firm texture. The sauce is a prawn-based salad dressing.

🔸The Victual’s Seafood Chowder
The puff pastry sits like a hat on top of the soup bowl, crispy but not greasy, and not dry. The clam meat is slightly chewy, the prawn meat is firm, the squid pieces are super tender, almost like eating tender chicken, and the soup is smooth without a gamey taste.

🔸Baked Confit Duck Legs Arborio Rice
The duck leg has thin skin and chewy meat, with soft and tender fat that adds a salty and oily flavor. The oil seeps into the rice, making it fragrant and not dry, with a hint of lime aroma.
