Tsuen Kam New Quality Bakery

I passed by this bakery a few weeks ago and saw that it was being renovated. It seemed quite attractive and I plan to try it in the future.

This time I passed by again. The shop has just opened, so after my private business, I came to buy some bread to share with my family.

The egg bacon roll looks attractive, as if it blends all the classic Hong Kong style lunch inside. The Italian bread was too oily, although I believe it was olive oil, but it didn't feel too good.

The croissants are probably the masters of the shop. They are very exquisitely made. To the original flavor, crispy outer layer, cut to see a perfect "honeycomb" shape, soft texture, full of butter flavor, delicious. Next time try other flavors such as chocolate, matcha and strawberry.
