Tsuen Wan | Quality Dinner at The uniek Cafe.

Previously, I thought the restaurants at The Mills closed early, but it turns out some of them are open for dinner. This cafe offers dinner, and on weekdays, it's not very crowded. If you want to have a quiet meal and chat with friends, this is definitely a good choice! The Dinner Set includes a starter salad, soup (cream of mushroom), and a designated drink. The food quality is quite good!

🦪🍝 Scallop and Lobster Sauce Risotto $178
The presentation is nice, with a whole scallop and additional pearl scallops with rice. The added crab roe enhances the texture of each bite.

🐖 Moist Canadian Pork Saddle with Caramelized Pineapple and Crispy Potato Wedges $228
The pork saddle is treated to retain moisture, making the meat very tender and slightly juicy, not dry at all. The pork saddle is roasted with the skin on, giving the edges and skin a slight crispiness and a hint of roasted flavor. It tastes even better with apple sauce. The side dishes are quite varied, including roasted pineapple, cherry tomatoes, asparagus, and potato wedges. The pineapple is very sweet and juicy.

☕️ Chamomile Tea served with a caramel cinnamon biscuit, quite unique.
