Pistachio lovers, there’s only one place you need to go this weekend! It’s the Nan Fung Spinning Mill Pistachio Festival! This event brings together nearly 20 popular shops offering over 60 kinds of desserts. Step inside and be surrounded by all kinds of pistachio treats. Some shops even have market-exclusive products. Don’t you think you have to go?~
After walking around, here are a few personal favorites:
💚Saiko
I used to often go for their taro XXX, but this time I got to try the pistachio milk cap soy milk, and it really made my eyes light up! The pistachio milk cap is super rich, best described as condensed. One sip of the soy milk pairs especially well with the pistachio flavor—highly recommended~~
💚Forever Vegan
This thoughtful little shop makes many vegan-friendly products. This time they brought pistachio cookies, especially made without butter and using their own ground organic Northeast rice combined with 100% French pistachio paste. No butter but still great texture, and the pistachio flavor stands out more. Worth trying! The same shop also has South African coffee beans, with vanilla and toffee flavors that smell amazing. Definitely try them if you get the chance~~~~~~~
💚Verona Gelato
Wondering what the difference is between pistachio flavors from different regions? Come here to find out. Their pistachio gelato is really well made, with both creamy and pistachio aromas, smooth texture. Among Sicilian pistachio, Mediterranean chocolate, and Dubai chocolate pistachio, I prefer the Sicilian one for its more distinct nutty pistachio flavor~
💚AW Patisserie
Pistachio lovers must have tried their pistachio tarts and pistachio cream puffs. This time at the market, they specially launched the limited “Extra Rich Italian Pistachio Mochi Handmade Cream Puff,” plus the pistachio fresh milk I always buy a bottle of. Seeing the pistachio paste oozing out makes it really hard not to scream!

The croffle’s rich buttery aroma combined with its crispy and thick texture makes it irresistible. This time’s limited pistachio mochi croissant waffle is filled with plenty of pistachio paste. One bite and it’s all pistachio~ so satisfying!
PS: Accidentally took a bite of the pistachio tart being sold—so delicious! The pistachio cream has many little surprises inside, and the tart base has chocolate crunch. Love it after just one try😍!
