One day I went shopping at Wing On in Yau Ma Tei. Afterward, I craved cart noodles, so I went to this nearby cart noodle shop. The cart noodle shop is quite unique, with two sign-in booths, including a red mailbox and a cart noodle stall replica. We each ordered a cart noodle meal and four skewers of snacks.
As someone who struggles with making choices, I particularly enjoy the large bowl and the premium noodles. One bowl of cart noodles comes with a variety of ingredients I'm looking for, eliminating the need to choose. All I have to choose is the broth and the noodles. I opted for the flavorful curry spicy soy sauce noodles. The large bowl of noodles comes with pig intestines, fish balls, radish, pig blood, pig skin, chicken wings, chicken wing tips, squid, red intestines, and vegetables. The premium noodles come with pig's trotters, chicken wings, pig blood, pig intestines, pig skin, fish balls, and radish. The pig intestines weren't smelly at all. The chicken wings were large and juicy. The white radish was tender, tender, and sweet without any residue.
You can add a drink to your cart noodle meal at a discounted price. They offer several specialty drinks, and I chose the red bean ice cream. There are also two bottled drinks. I ordered a bottled milk tea. The milk tea was smooth and fragrant without being astringent. The bottled milk tea is served chilled, without ice, so you don't have to worry about the ice melting and watering down the milk tea. I personally prefer to keep it in a plastic bottle. If you can't finish your milk, you can take it away, so you don't waste it.

In addition to the cart noodles, I also ordered four spicy skewers. The skewers were served with Wing Nian's special spicy sauce, which was incredibly spicy and evoked a nostalgic Hong Kong vibe.
