The signature dish is the unique 'Xi He Roast Duck', which introduces an innovative way to enjoy traditional roast duck with 'Three Ways to Eat Roast Duck'. The crispy and tender roast duck is served with thin pancakes and a treasure box filled with various sauces and condiments, including traditional sweet bean sauce, blueberry sauce, mustard cucumber, shredded onion, Beijing scallion, hawthorn jelly, popping candy, and more.

The 'Three Ways to Eat Roast Duck' are:
1️⃣ Dip the most fragrant and crispy duck breast skin in blueberry sauce and popping candy, and eat it directly without the pancake. This combination is very innovative, with a fresh and slightly sweet taste. The popping candy dances in your mouth, hence the name 'Dancing Roast Duck'.
2️⃣ Dip the duck breast meat in yellow mustard and eat it directly without the pancake. The taste is tangy and refreshing.
3️⃣ Wrap the duck leg meat and condiments in a pancake. You can choose the traditional combination of cucumber strips, Beijing scallion, and sweet bean sauce, or pair it with hawthorn strips, purple onion, and blueberry sauce.

Golden Sea Urchin Crab Meat Tofu
Crab meat and sea urchin are cooked with salted egg yolk, creating a very savory dish. The smooth tofu adds to the deliciousness, making it perfect with rice!

Crispy Hot and Sour Soup
A fusion of Chinese hot and sour soup with a Western-style crispy pastry. The pastry is excellently made, and the hot and sour soup is well-seasoned and flavorful. It's my favorite dish!

Cumin Lamb Chops
Each piece is large, with just the right amount of lamb flavor. The cumin is very aromatic, and the meat is quite tender.
