SuperNormal: A Restaurant with Extraordinary Flavors

The restaurant's decor features industrial-style walls complemented by quirky paintings. True to its name, SuperNormal offers food that is anything but ordinary! Their signature crispy pork knuckle and dessert waffles are exceptional. I’ll definitely come back for more!

This dish offers six flavors to choose from (pick 3 out of 6). Having the entire pork knuckle in one flavor might be monotonous, but here you can select three different flavors, making it anything but boring! I chose Pistachio Honey Mustard, Garlic Black Pepper, and Thai Seafood Sauce. The Pistachio Honey Mustard is highly recommended for its unique taste, featuring creamy pistachio bits. Usually, I hesitate to order pork knuckle because of the hassle of deboning, but here, the pork knuckle is already deboned and divided into three portions, each coated with a different sauce. Such thoughtful preparation! It also comes with a bottle of beer, which you can either drink alongside or use to soak the pork knuckle for an extra layer of flavor.

♡ Roasted Beef Salad with Oil and Vinegar Mustard Dressing $118
This salad features roasted beef paired with a refreshing salad, dressed with a Japanese yuzu vinegar-based oil and vinegar mustard dressing, enhanced with green wasabi and a touch of sugar. The result is a refreshing, appetizing dish with a hint of wasabi kick.

What a delight! The ice cream of the day was pistachio, perfectly complementing the pistachio filling and crunchy pistachio bits. Pistachio lovers will adore this! The waffle is soft and slightly sweet, paired with lightly sweetened cream, creating a rich and satisfying texture and flavor.
